Fedex Cup Contest

Registration closes Thursday August 8th, 2019 at 7AM EST.

The contest covers the PGA Fedex Cup playoffs which consists of the following events :

Date Event
Aug 8th - 11th The Northern Trust
Aug 15th - 18th BMW Championship
Aug 22nd - 25th THE TOUR Championship

Each event field will be divided into performance groups based on World Tour Rankings on the Monday of the week preceding each event. This is a contest of skill that requires contestants to select 2 different golfers from each group.

Players Earnings in $US currency from the PGA Tour website on the day following close of event play will be used to determine results a source believed to be reliable.

Total Player Earnings of contestants selection s over the 3 events will determine winners. Earnings for the final event will be based on the actual scores in the event and not include the new handicap system introduced this year. Bonus Player Earnings from the FedEx Cup playoffs will not be included in this Contest.

70% of funds are paid out for the overall winners and 30% will be paid out for the specific event winners.

The Prize payouts, will be:

* The Northern Trust Winner 10%
* BMW Winner 10%
* Tour Winner 10%

When the Prize Fund exceeds $1,500 the overall ending payouts will be:

* Overall First 45%
* Overall Second 25%
* Overall Third 20%
* Overall Fourth 10%

otherwise the overall ending payouts will be:

* Overall First 50%
* Overall Second 30%
* Overall Third 20%

You will make selections for each event however you only can use the same golfer twice over the 3 playoff events.

You may select amateur golfers from the tournament fields where applicable. While they may not receive earnings from the tournament, you will receive the equivalent earnings based on their final position in each tournament.

You will not be provided with default selections should you fail to submit your selections on time for a specific tournament.  No responsibility will be accepted for contestant selections which are lost, delayed, damaged, not received properly on the web site or misdirected in any other manner in the mail or any other electronic means including the Internet. 

Selections received by email will be accepted provided they are received by the deadline. 

In the event that a golfer withdraws prior to start of play or does not start in a event, participants who have selected such golfers will be provided with the highest ranked eligible golfer from same group. Such selections must meet the criteria of not having being selected more than twice previously. 

A golfer who withdraws after having started play will not be replaced with a substituted player.

If selections are not received in time for any event you will be provided with the highest ranked eligible golfers from each group. Such selections must meet the criteria of not having being selected in more than twice previously.

The event field will be published once the tee times are released which are typically on the Tuesday preceding event play. The presence of other players or changes in the event field after it has been published shall in no way affect the outcome of the Event.

An email will be sent to each participant requesting player selections to be submitted. Selections including revisions will be accepted up until the event deadline. It is recommended that contestants review their selections on the PGA Tour site at http://www.pgatour.com prior to the deadline.

No responsibility will be taken for pool registrations or contestant s selections which are lost, delayed, damaged, not received properly on the web site or misdirected in any other manner in the mail or any other electronic means including the Internet. 

Entry Fee: 
The entry fee for this contest is $60 Canadian and payment must be sent before start of play to participate in this contest. Failure to send payment before start of play will result in the immediate removal of all your entries from this contest.

payments are accepted. A PayPal transaction fee of $3 per entry is required when sending payment.

3) Payment by Credit Card

are now accepted. A transaction fee of $3 per entry is included when invoiced.

Entries: There will be no limit of the number of entries to the Contest. Contestants may enter the Contest as many times as they wish, provided they pay the stated entry fee for each of their entries.

Any Contestant whose payment is returned unpaid will be subject to immediate loss of all entries from all Contests.

All entries become the property of the Contest Administrator and none will be returned.

There is a 10% Contest administration fee applied to the winners.

This Contest is neither affiliated with nor endorsed by the PGA Tour or any other organization.

The Contest Administrator reserves the right to disqualify any contestant or to withdraw or amend the contest at any time in its absolute discretion in case of error, technical problem or any matter interfering with the conduct of the Contest as contemplated by these rules.

The decisions of the Contest Administrator is final on all matters of fact, interpretation, eligibility, procedure and fulfillment. By entering this contest you acknowledge acceptance of all Contest rules and agree to be bound by them.
